Microfiltration Membrane for MBR
MBR technology is the technology of wastewater treatment by micro-membrane filter method. MBR is Membrance BioReactor (combined between activated sludge process and membrane). This is the technology that has studied by the experts and applied by Saigon Green E&C for wastewater treatment.

1) Cường độ cao / High Strength
Màng PP được sản xuất bởi phương pháp “tan chảy đùn, kéo dài đến hoàn toàn”. Vật liệu PP có khối lượng phân tử cao, do đó cường độ chịu kéo và nén của màng là rất cao, có độ bền cao dưới tác dụng của việc sục khí cũng như hóa chất làm sạch, khó bị vỡ, rách, đứt.
The PP membrane is made by method of ‘melt extrusion, stretch to compeleted form’. Big molecule in PP material is regular, then the strength of membrane is high, can endure high strength of aeration, and regular chemical cleaning. The membrane is not easy to be broken.
2) Ổn định / Good Chemical Stability
Do việc sản xuất màng không dùng phụ gia nên màng có tính ổn định rất tốt, đặc biệt là chịu được các loại hóa chất. Nó có thể được làm sạch bằng axit mạnh / kiềm, cũng như chịu được đối với hóa chất khử trùng chứa clo để làm sạch các chất ô nhiễm vi sinh vật trên bề mặt của màng. Màng có thể phục hồi thông lượng rất tốt sau khi làm sạch.
Because of the membrane production without additive and agent to make hole, the membrane chemical stability is very well. It can be cleaned by strong acid/alkali, also by disinfection which contains chlorine to clean the microorganism pollutants on the surface of membrane, and the membrane flux recovery is good.
