a/ Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports:
This report applies to all enterprise with large scale production, residential areas, urban areas, commercial centers, etc., which have not come in to operation on the to-do list according to the Decree no. 21 and the Circular no. 05.
EIA was established before enterprise went in to business.
b/ Environmental Protection Commitment reports:
The subject has a capacity of product, project scope in the Appendix to the Decree 21/2008/ND-CP dated April 18, 2011 of the Government onproviding strategic environmental assessment, environmental impact assessment and environmental protection commitment.
The manufacturing enterprises, commercial services, industrial parks, residential areas, urban areas, factories, hospitals, hotels, factories, workshops have not come into operation.
c/ Environment Protection Scheme reports:
The manufacturing enterprises, commercial services, industrial parks, residential areas, urban areas, factories, hospitals, hotels, factories, workshops, etc., came into operation without an approval decision of the Environmental Impact Assessment report or the Environmental Protection Commitment certification or the certificate of registration of Environmental Standards.
