1.Volume of the sample

Depending on types of sample and parameters to be analyzed, the sample volume can be changed from 1 to 5 liters. However, with basic parameters such as pH, BOD, COD, TSS, Ammonia, Nitrate, Nitrite, TN, Phosphate, TP, etc, sample volume of 2 liters is often enough for analyzing.

2. Bottle containing water and/or wastewater samples

To ensure the quality and condition of the original sample not changed, water and/or wastewater samples should be contained in plastic or glass bottles. Do not contain in a plastic bag because of leakage and change of characteristics.

To avoid affecting the accuracy of analysis methods, the sample should be kept at around 5°C when transferred to the laboratory.

3. Time of analyzing

Normally, the analysis time is from 3 to 4 days for air and gas samples, from 7 to 8 days for water and wastewater samples.

In some cases, depending on request of customers, we can analyze fast in from 1 to 2 days but it depends on types of parameters and numbers of samples.

4.Time of storage sample

Saigon Green Laboratory will store the samples according to guidelines of ISO/IEC 17025:2005 about 5 days after submitted reports to Clients.

5.Time of receiving reports

–         From Monday to Friday:

+ In the morning from 8:00 to 11:30

+ In the afternoon from 13:30 to 17:00

–         On Saturday

+ Only in the morning from 8:00 to 11:30

(Exception on holidays)
